Vous pourrez accéder librement à la piscine du domaine (partagée avec le deuxième gîte du domaine, La Chapelle) Sejour cuisine ouverte équipée 4 chambres avec salles de douche et wc ( +1 wc indépendant rdc) literie ,couettes et oreillers écologiques, linge de lit biologique Terrasse panoramique privative Accès piscine du Domaine Il s'agit d'une partie de la Bastide avec accès indépendant. La deuxième partie de la Bastide est occupée par les proprietaires mais orientée de l'autre coté. Une chapelle ancienne transformée en gîte fait également partie du Domaine. Accès à la piscine du domaine (Partagée avec le deuxième gîte du domaine) Un domaine de 6 hectares complanté de plus de 3OO oliviers centenaires que vous pourrez découvrir avec de bonnes chaussures. Un projet écologique basé sur 5 axes principaux : 1/Protection du patrimoine existant 2/Utilisation de matériaux sains et naturels 3/Limitation des énergies 4/Gestion de l'eau 5/Gestion des déchets À 1,5 km du centre-ville de Grasse, séjournez dans un havre de paix typiquement provençal, au milieu des oliviers et profitez d'une vue imprenable sur les collines. Aéroport de Nice Cote d'Azur à 35 minutes. Gare de Cannes à 20 minutes. Quartier St François accessible en voiture du centre de ville de Grasse, en bus (Ligne 9 Jeanne Jugan) ou même à pieds ( 30 minutes avec dénivelés) La maison des propriétaires est encore en travaux mais ne génère aucune nuisance.

A romantic Tuscan retreat

Villa Pianelli is a traditional farmhouse dating from the 1500's and consists of 2 structures. The main house where I live, always available to ensure your stay runs smoothly and the Garden apartment. Both are completely independant with separate entrances. The Garden apartment is composed of 5 rooms on ground level, the interiors have retained the Tuscan characteristics with brick ceilings and chestnut beams and terracotta floors. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 lounge with a wood burning stove and open plan kitchen - dining area. The kitchen is equipped with fridge,oven and ceramic hob. From the lounge you access the sauna room /relaxation area and from there onto a terraced garden complete with b.b.q. The swimming pool is 8mx16m and is open May through September, furnished with sun loungers and a large covered pergola with dining tables and chairs. Villa Pianelli is secluded in a quiet corner of the Tuscan countryside, nestled in the hills of Arezzo, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and oak forests,an ideal location for those who enjoy outdoor activities such as walking,trekking and mountain bike. We offer our guests a dimension of peace and quiet whilst ensuring various possibilities of entertainment in wineries, restaurants,shopping etc just a few kilometres away in Arezzo.

La Veranda

La “Veranda” è costituita da un bi-locale su due livelli completamente ristrutturata recentemente ed arredata con gusto. L'esterno è costituito da una grande terrazza ed un giardino dove sono presenti alberi di olivo circondati da un grande prato. Tutto disponibile per gli ospiti. La Veranda è ubicata a Settignano, piccolo borgo distante dal centro di Firenze solo 6 Km, servito dall’autobus n.10, il cui capolinea è di fronte al cancello di accesso alla Veranda. In soli 15 minuti siamo a Firenze

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

Breakfast inclusive in the price: in the Spring/Summer the breakfast is served on the roof terrace with view! Totally renovated, this house is located on the ground floor of my family home, an ancient house dating back of 1700. Just few kilometres to Florence, but surrounded by the quiet of tuscan country.
