Embark on a journey of movement and mindfulness with me as I guide you through hypopressive RSF (functional system reprogramming) and somatic practices. These exercises are designed to enhance your body awareness, improve your posture, and activate your core. • We’ll begin with 25 minutes of hypopressive RSF exercises—breath-centered movements that work to strengthen the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. • We’ll then transition into 30 minutes of yoga asanas and somatic movement. These gentle exercises will open up your body, release tension, and deepen your connection to your breath. • We’ll finish with a 10-minute relaxation to leave you feeling balanced and refreshed. After the session, you’re invited to stay for a delicious vegan brunch featuring my homemade kombucha (for an extra fee). Meditate with Crystals&Trees in a historic Botanical Garden

Join me in Florence’s hidden botanical gardens for a Crystal meditation among the ancient Trees. • Starting from a beautiful square in the city center, we will walk several blocks to the Giardino dei Semplici (Botanical Garden). Here, we’ll leave the urban environment behind and enter the gardens, where we will be surrounded by giant trees and beautiful flowers. • We will practice a guided meditation with Crystals under several of the Trees. You’ll choose a Crystal to help connect you with the surrounding Nature, and its vibration will support the therapeutic effects of the meditation. • I’ll provide you with a paper notebook to record the feelings and thoughts that arose during the meditation. We’ll share our reflections with one another at the end of the practice. My goal is for you to achieve deep calm and enhance your concentration and mental clarity while experiencing a unique Florence landmark, and beautiful connections with Trees.

I will walk you through a private Hatha yoga class on the gorgeous Terrace of this Penthouse in the historic center of Cagliari followed by an excellent aperitif. What makes this experience special is the view, you will find yourself facing the beautiful skyline during the class & aperitif, especially during sunset time when Flamingos could fly over! It is possible to combine holiday rent & Yoga retreat. If the Terrace is not available we can have the class inside overlooking Poetto. At the end of class, I will prepare an excellent aperitif or we will have it in a local Bar by the Cathedral :)

Olive Harvest demonstration: Roll up your sleeves and join us in the olive groves for a hands-on experience. You’ll learn how to pick olives the traditional way while soaking up the breathtaking views of Tuscany. Tour & History: After harvesting, take a leisurely tour of our olive groves, where we’ll share stories about the history of olive cultivation and the significance of olives in Tuscan culture. Then we'll visit the 600 year old cellar where we store and bottle our our olive oil. Olive Oil Tasting: No visit to a Tuscan olive grove would be complete without sampling the fruits of our labor! Enjoy an exclusive olive oil tasting session with freshly pressed oils from our farm. Delicious Tuscan Lunch: After working up an appetite harvesting olives, enjoy a typical Tuscan picnic under the trees, with local, fresh ingredients and, of course, plenty of olive oil! Note: Harvest time is only from October to December, other months will be demonstrations, tour, tasting and lunch.

Unisciti a me per praticare Hatha Yoga in un ambiente bello, rifinito ad arte, nel cuore di un borgo panoramico: all'interno del Piccolo Teatro di Chianni, borgo di fascino nei pressi di Lajatico e Volterra. Vi guiderò in un armonia di posture mirate per rilasciare le tensioni e ritrovare l'energia vitale. Le asana si susseguono ritmate dalla respirazione e il rilassamento finale sarà accompagnato dagli suoni armonici del tamburo tank hank. Faremo un riscaldamento completo adatto anche agli senior (over 50). La pratica serale si adegua al bioritmo del corpo e diventa distensiva e moderata. Alla fine della sessione yoga di un ora e mezzo ritroveremo la leggerezza del respiro, la gioia nei movimenti e la lucidità di pensiero. Prima di salutarci potremmo assaporare una bevanda a base di limone e miele.

Ti incoraggio a camminare da Piazza Mino a Fiesole, ammirare la natura e le antiche mura che attraverserai. la nostra posizione è a 15-20 minuti di piacevole passeggiata. Una volta arrivato, ti saluterò e avrai tempo per cambiarti nei tuoi vestiti da yoga. di solito iniziamo con la meditazione silenziosa, seguita dal canto del mantra, che porta poi al riscaldamento e poi alle vere e proprie asana. Se avete limitazioni fisiche, fatemelo sapere in anticipo, in modo che io possa offrirvi delle alternative.
