Great breakfast. Walking distance. Trust me, try the Eggs Eleganza (eggs benedict) or the Gold St. Chicken Salad Sandwich.

Outstanding location (actually on Gold Avenue), and I recommend the southwest eggs benedict and the cowboy breakfast.
