Gateway to the beltline, one of the best running spots I have ever been on anywhere. Go from Candler Park to the Freedom Park to the Beltline to Piedmont park and never leave a trail 10 Miles of the best of Atlanta at your doorstep.

A massive park named after John “Good Trouble” Lewis with paved bike paths that take you all over the city. Great for picnics and local adventures

Wonderful park with bike trails, calm shade trees, and right next to Little 5 Points. The area was saved from becoming yet another highway and turned into a park by actions from Jimmy Carter

Beautiful park for hanging out or playing with the kids. It connects with freedom trail which is perfect for bikes and pedestrians.

Stretching over 200 acres and touching more than 7 of our beloved intown neighborhoods, Freedom Park offers the Atlanta community a beautiful way to get outdoors. The main attractions are the beautiful grasses (of course) but also the miles of paved trails! You can find people running, walking and biking all over Atlanta using the paved pathways. It’s also deemed the “Art Park” for its installations of all kinds of art!" - uncoveratlanta
