Sintesis is my favorite restaurant in the city. It's a small and hidden place in Recoleta neighborhood where you can go to heaven with stuff like Tiradito de salmon, Gyozas, Ebi mango roll, Pepper salmon (don't miss this one), the Sintesis sushi plate, or the best ramen in western hemisphere. Chef Oscar Lin may also surprise you with one of his signature cocktails. While you eat, you'll be listening to John Coltrane, Miles Davis & friends, and watching the exhibition of a local visual artist (each 6 months there's a new one). Unmissable. But do reserve in advance.

Queda cerca y se come muy bien, también el lugar es agradable e ideal para ir con alguien o solo al menú del almuerzo. Es un restauran Japones se come muy bien, y no es caro
