3 min drive. And adorable neighborhood café! Check out their 8 AM Saturday morning cinnamon rolls! Yes you can walk to here it’s almost 1 mile but it’s an easy neighborhood stroll.

A cute local tea room offering fresh baked goods, really tasty quiche and lots of tea. They have a great outdoor patio as well!
