CorkScrew BBQ Restaurant 26608 Keith St Spring TX Offering high-quality meats and house-made sides. Red oak smoked and smoked with love. We are currently open Wed-Sat until further notice. We offer both Dine-in and Online ordering. Walk-in orders are also available, Online orders are stopped on Fridays at 10pm for Sat orders (sometimes earlier)

There is a long wait so you will want to arrive early for seating and to get your order placed (they tend to sell out). From their website: We purchase only the highest quality meats, farm raised, high-grade prime, humanely laid to rest, exceptional packing plants with the highest of standards. All our sauces, sides, cobblers, seasonings, etc are all made in house. Our caesar dressing is made for us by Chef Austin, Tris The Woodlands with only the finest ingredients. Our meats, sides and sauces are MSG and Gluten Free (Gluten containing items chicken due to soy, cobbler, mac-n-cheese and sliced bread) We do not use any type of nuts or nut oils (Some ingredients we use may process nuts in there facilities)

The best of the best! Get there early, cause they sell out quick. Best BBQ I've ever tried. We even had it catered at our wedding reception. Gotta try the ribs + mac n cheese.
