Great little Cafe serving Japanese food and great coffee fifteen minutes drive away.

Doma is a local’s favorite spot as the food and atmosphere are both equally fabulous. Don’t be deceived by Doma’s quaint exterior, this restaurant serves the best Japanese food around. The menu is predominantly Japanese, but you will also find burgers, while the breakfast menu has favorites such as the breakfast roll – Bacon, egg, haloumi and Avo and French toast with whipped ricotta and banana. The best time to visit Doma is on a glorious sunny day as the seating inside is very limited. The drive up to Federal is beautiful as the roads wind through the lush green hinterland. On the weekends there is live music around lunch time which is a real treat.

One of our favourite local hangs. 15 minutes west of Bangalow in the hills this awesome little Japanese cafe makes great coffee, delicious breakfasts and super fresh Japanese sushi. There's a great playground for kids across the road and it's a beautiful drive out there and back
