Another Texas icon is Torchy's Tacos. Originating in Austin, Texas where they "Keep things weird," Torchy's Tacos is the best Taco joint in the world! Of course, that is just my humber opinion. The best taco on the menu, "The Independant." It's vegitarian. Don't let that stop you though. It is to die for (in a good way of course)! Make sure to buy a bottle of Torchy's Tacos hot sauce while you are there. It is the best hot sauce I have ever had.

Torchys Tacos are delicious and these are not refular tacos they have a bunch of ingredients not normally found in traditional tacos. It is very goos.

The menu is very challenging to deal with so be sure you read up before your go and get in line. But its worth it! We love these tacos, and sometimes the line is very long, but it moves quick (or you can call ahead). The place is nice to sit inside or out depending on the weather.
