You can rent paddle boards or kite boards from here. It's right on the beach so you walk directly into the water with your gear. They also offer lessons.

Get out of the bay with a rental and a lesson from this place. Check out the kite surfers and wind surfers and join them. The bay is shallow and a great place to learn if you’ve ever wanted to try it.
