Gastronomic food based on seasonal and regional products with a spirit of renewed tradition. We love this place, not for hungry but tasty people.

Vegetarian restaurant, items on the tasting menu are decided by guests, and no pasta is served (in Italy!).

Probably our favorite restaurant in Florence. Amazing food in a non-touristic place an the most local area of Florence. It's a small place but you should try it absolutely!
