The story started with two sommeliers from Epicure, flagship restaurant of the Bristol Hotel, who decided to open a more laid back restaurant / bar à vins with just 30 seats in the 11th arrondissement. The dishes are very French Bistrot revisted cuisine with all the best selection of products.
