My hands down fav-restaurant. They use product that would have otherwise gone to waist. Amazing initiative and absolutely delicious meals!

Nice food with great no-waste concept in typically Amsterdam neighbourhood (3 stops on tram 10 or nice long stroll away) Also do breakfast.

They serve food that they collected that morning with their electrical food rescue car at Albert Heijn supermarkets. With these ingredients their chef create different surprising dishes every!

Great place to have a nice 3 course meal for around EUR 25. They are putting food waste on the agenda so everything you eat here would otherwise have been thrown away.
