Since 1751, Ferreira possessed a rich tradition and a prominent role in the history of Port.Ferreira is the only great Port Wine house to have remained in Portuguese hands since its foundation.

Visiting Caves Ferreira is a very nice historical experience

It's the most portuguese of the Port wines brands. You can visit the centenaire installations and after, have a boat trip (one hour) by boat in the Douro River. A nice afternoon.
