Situated in the heart of Parkdale is Toronto’s favourite Parisian pâtisserie. The Tempered Room is known for having the best croissant in Toronto, one of the finest creative and teaching kitchens in the city, French pastry of the highest quality, and people who care deeply about everything they do, everyone around them, and the future of this industry. We house two overlapping kitchens in one, butchers and cooks that spearhead the catering arm of The Tempered Room, while the croissantiers and pastry chefs take the lead on decking the pâtisserie itself.

A MUST!!! piece of or also known as “Paris in Parkdale” Cafe with fresh baked goods, breads, foods, sandwiches juices, great espresso based drinks - nice to hangout even with kids
