There 's always local art workshop, every year this is the place where art students exhibit their final thesis. Also there are some temporary art from all over the country. The place is quiet, if you need to sit around and work, this can be it.

its just 3 mins walking distance from house. sometimes they have some art exhibitions or some art activities.
