Wow. Game changer for me. Do you like tofu pressed with scallions and mung bean vermicelli?! Perfect crunchy with chewy inside texture fried egg rolls? Silky rice noodles with pork?? Tofu salad rolls —the sauce is a little spicy, just right for me. Black beans and rice in coconut milk. Fried pork stuffed tofu? Sticky rice with peanut? Real Vietnamese goodies!!! Easy park across the street. Across the street from Portland House of Bahn Mi! <<HOB also serves fresh to order pandan waffles.

This is a deli-style grab & go shop serving up some of THE BEST and MOST AFFORDABLE Vietnamese dishes and snacks you'll find. Our favorites are their eggrolls (especially when they're fresh out of the fryer), salad rolls, deep fried tofu, tapioca noodle dishes and the Chinese sausage & rice.

Spring rolls and other tofu goodies? If you plan to grab these foods from grocery stores, don’t. Instead go to the source for fresher and cheaper prices. Bui’s tofu supplies all tofu related foods to the super markets that mark the price up.

I love the shrimp salad rolls, the sticky rice with chicken and chinese sausage and also the steamed banana cake! No frills and very cheap/very good.
