The Lake is home to the Wirral Sailing School, which offers courses in sailing, windsurfing and canoeing. The less energetic can also enjoy a leisurely stroll around the lake or a along the beach.

Great place to blow out the cobwebs of a heavy night. Take a walk round the lake or just site and enjoy the views across The River Dee Estuary to Wales.

Beautiful local lake 10 minutes away by car or a direct train from Meols station to West Kirby (7 minutes journey). A range of watersports are offered including windsurfing and canoeing (must be pre-booked). Outstanding views of Wales on a sunny day and an unmissable spot for a leisurely stroll around the lake.
