The Fintown Railway is the only operational railway in Co. Donegal. Set amidst spectacular highland scenery overlooking Lough Finn, the railway (3m/5km) is a restored section of the former County Donegal Railway. Fintown Railway. Lovely old restored train. Enter and step back in time to travel along the most beautiful setting, lake Lough Finn with Aghla mountain over-towering it. Open in the holiday season.

Just a short walk/drive from the property you will find Fintown Railway. It is the only operational railway in county Donegal. It’s set amidst spectacular scenery with a playground beside the ticket office.
