Local butcher plus a wide selection of fresh deli options for on the go (or to sit and enjoy in their seating area by the large windows). Lots of 'homemade' style foods.

BEST high quality, hormone free, organic and local (when possible) meat wth great produce as well. Their farm eggs from Murray's Farm are amazing. Also a sandwich deli with huge portions for reasonable portions.

This is where Cabbagetown comes to buy their meat. Excellent butcher and sells local produce when in season. Great quality, ethically minded and operated but you will pay a little more than average- however it's worth it. There is a small deli on the north side of the shop that sells cured meats and cheeses along with a sandwich bar.
