You can rent a kayak or paddleboard from these guys. They offer cheap prices after 5pm during the week.

You can rent kayaks just around the corner from the Fisguard gate.

They offer guided kayak/paddle-boarding tours. You can also rent equipment and go on your own. I'd totally recommend it!

Breathe in the salty air on a guided tour around a variety of local favourite spots, including the inner harbour, Oak Bay, or take a half or full day guided tour to places such as the Discovery Islands. Stand up paddles boards (SUPs) are also available for rent here. It doesn't get much more west coast than this!
