Sacramento River front view. When the weather is nice make reservations to sit on the patio overlooking the river. Well lighted and also has sitting areas with patio heaters. They offer 1/2 priced appetizers from 2-4 which you can easily make a meal of.

Best views in town, plus outdoor seating with a fireplace. The food can be a little hit and miss - but it makes up for it with the views.
