Take your passport (and the plastic :-) This modern building is located on the Rue du Canal on the "Ria", a pleasant landscaped area adjacent to the Canal du Haut Perche leading inland from the port. There is also a popular Casino at St Brevin about 20 minutes drive north of Pornic.
