Whiffies is one of 8 food carts at the 12th & Hawthorne Food Cart. There is a pies, pizza, Mexican, BBQ, Sandwiches, Poutine, crepes and cupcakes carts. Covered outdoor seating is available.

Pies? Hand pies? Savory pies? Sweet pies? Way too easy to eat these things. Vegan options of both! Check out the other carts nearby too.

Home to some of the most famous food carts in Portland, this pod features Whiffies fried pies, a crepe cart, and a poutine cart (Potato Champion). Those are so tasty I've never tried the other ones.
