Easily walkable. A nice grocery store that has grown on me, basic necessities, and actually a very nice butcher shop, bargain wines. It is the Yin to Integral Yoga's yang.

Generally pretty cheap and nearby. You can walk here. Limited selection of goods but kind people and a local, non-corporate, grocer.

Located on Preston Avenue. This is a privately owned market with reasonable prices if you prefer not to drive to a supermarket. They are known for their fresh meats, local vegetables, local baked goods, and a surprisingly good selection of crafted beers.

Locally run Grocery store that is very close. Known for their butcher, though they do not carry much organic meat. Amazing beer selection!
