Where most Bajans do their grocery shopping in the area - then again most of the supermarkets are owned by Massy Stores. Keep in mind you can buy alcohol at the supermarket; there's no separate alcohol store as is the case in some countries (eg Canada).

The Supermarket offers local breakfast and lunch items. You can choose meats, starches and vegetables and then pay according to what is chosen. Desserts can be had from the supermarket.

You can get a bus to the bottom of Rendezvous Hill and then walk to the supermarket. Probably 2 or 3 minute walk. After there is a free shuttle service to take you back home.

A large full-service grocery store with products from the UK and the US, Massy should fulfill all your grocery needs! Very pleasant and helpful staff!
