Ramen is my favorite food! Some of the best in Paris is definitely at 31 rue des Petits Champs. Come quite early or late in order to avoid the (sometimes very long) line. You can choose shoyu or miso broth and pick additional garnishes like eggs, butter, hot chives, and pork. The broth is full of flavor, incredibly tasty. Don’t add fat or butter to your ramen if it’s your first time here—they put enough fat in it already!
