Edemosa - solid Japanese/ sushi open until 2am (pre-COVID, check for current hours) Roy’s- cool American diner. Right on Carillo st. off of State st. Good if you are downtown. Sit down spot. Service can be slow even if their empty. Food is ok to good depending on the night.

Good quality sushi at a fair price (for Santa Barbara standard's). Local favorite and they serve until 1 am (I think)

Late night sushi - Opens at 5:00. Call for happy hour menu. Deep fried Tempura ice cream 🤓

The local's favorite low-key sushi haunt. Very good fish, fair prices, and a charming owner who is there most nights. Open LATE--unusual for our sleepy town!
