Swimming lake with sandy beach. There’s a snack bar, paddle boards, kayaks, aqua cycles, picnic area and outdoor charcoal grills are available. Make sure to bring towels!

Lake Monocan, a 20-acre lake and park is located at 239 Camping Ridge Lane in Stoney Creek in the valley and is staffed daily with a lifeguard, weather permitting. Snack bar, canoes, kayaks, sandy beach, picnic area and outdoor charcoal grills are available. Some fees apply; towels not provided.

On a warm day at the base of the mountain, cool off in the lake or under the trees surrounding it. It has 30 miles of hiking and is a 20-acre recreational area. Open to the public Wed, Thursday, Friday and Sunday for a fee.

Lake Monocan is a great lake that has a sandy beach for kids and adults to enjoy. There are also grilling stations around the lake for people to grill.
