Ya I kinda thought vegan sushi would be so so, but this place is incredible! It's run by a chef who owns 4 sushi restaurants in San Francisco.

Vegan sushi to die for. Ignore the vegan part - the things they do to these vegetables is so delicious it should be illegal. Definitely make reservations ahead of time, or order carryout on your way back from town.
