Czech restaurant with the view of the whole city. Very nice and cheap, impossible to say no.

I think from here is the absolutely best view of Prague, Vltava river and its bridges.

Seriously scenic vista out over Old-Town and the bridges, take out your camera and start snapping away. I don't know about the food but the building and the view is worth a visit.
