Fauna is one of my favorite restaurants, very important to make a reservation at least a week in advanced for dinner. Lunch is also nice.

The current high-end option in the Valle. The food is excellent and the ambience gorgeous, and the prices reflect this. Located in the Bruma resort. Book online through OpenTable.
