We love this beautiful State Park. Highlights include golf course, picnic spots, walking trails, kayak/canoe rental, boardwalk, and swimming beach.

Cheraw State Park has so much to offer! You can have a picnic with a view of the lake while your little ones can play on the playground equipment or even the volleyball court. You can rent a fishing boat, pedal boat, canoe, or kayak for a day out on the lake, or even take the family swimming in the designated swimming area anytime between Memorial Day and Labor Day. For the ones to small to swim they will enjoy playing in the sandy beach area watching their siblings enjoy a swim. Another favorite feature is the trails. You can go for along walk on the bridge and through the trail and see wildlife such as turtles, fish, squirrels, and more, or even go hiking or biking on the several other available trails.
