Community-run traditional village pub. Nice food and real ales. Combine a visit with a walk up Moel Gyw, just under 9km takes around 3 hours and has fabulous views.

unexplored so far, but was found as a possible detour from a favourite walk up Behind the Three pidgeons Inn, which goes along the historical Offas Dyke.

Lovely community run pub full of character with great local brews and good honest pub grub. It is a fantastic 1.5hr walk from Wernog Wood, up over Offa's Dyke, with views to Snowdonia in one direction and Liverpool in the other.

The Raven is a community pub and very friendly. Home cooked food and reasonably priced. It’s just 4 minutes away in the car or a 15minute walk down the road.
