Perfect Day trip for a walk in the woods! Picnic area with primitive outhouses and picnic tables. Large rock/boulder trails and beautiful stream. Beautiful any season!

This is a great place in the woods with trails, ginormous rocks and caves! It’s beautiful, quiet and green. There’s also lovely creeks running alongside the trail. It’s hard to imagine how old the rocks actually are and how much history they’ve seen. Also if you go during the right time, the trails have amazing laurel flowers. Tons!

Set amongst the woods outside the tiny borough of Grampian, the rocks here have attracted visitors for more than 10,000 years, when Paleo-Indians used the outcroppings for shelter.
