Cucina vegetariano di alto livello del noto chef Pietro Leeman. Ambiente minimal dall'eleganza essenziale. A pranzo si riesce a mangiare con prezzi modici mentre la sera si fa un pochino più impegnativo ma mediamente accessibile

Joia is the only vegetarian star in Italy: one red and one green Michelin star. The cuisine is original and refined, lightened by excesses of fats, gluten and sugars and a continuous surprise for taste and sight. One is won over by the character, concreteness and quality of the food. Everything is based on scrupulous research of ingredients (all organic) and techniques. The restaurant is elegant and very welcoming, the atmosphere relawed and the service impeccable .
