You'll find several cafe's and playgrounds around the 6km 'lap' of the lake. Our kids suggest the Adventure Playground (a big wooden playground which you will find on the lake) and we love to visit 'Pipers' for a takeaway Babychino and Sausage roll.

Take a leisurely walk around the lake (6km, 1-1.5 hours if you’re walking the whole length), see the beautiful black swans and if you head over close to dusk, catch a beautiful sunset over the water.
