Montpellier is a city of culture. It has a "park and ride" with little trams going into the city. It is a university town and has a variety of cultural things to see and many restaurants. Well worth a visit.

The Fabre Museum has good art exhibitions. Visit the cathedral, the churches, the old streets in the centre of town. The main square 'Place de la Comédie' has an Opera House. Visit the Tourist Office for all Information.
