Stately home open to public for large parts of the year. Recognisable instantly as used in many period dramas on TV and film. Wonderful grounds to enjoy.

Limited opening times but good to see if open. March has lots of snowdrops which are rather lovely

Lovely place to visit with house, cafe and Museum. Lovely walks from the car park.
