While the journey to this beautiful place may be difficult for it is about 1 km uphill from Lunapark square, the amazing views, food in the restaurant and frescoes inside the church are captivatingly beautiful and are worth the journey.

One of the many but the most famous church in Buyukada is Aya Yorgi where people take off their shoes to reach there if they had a wish🤞 It's a Greek Orthodox church.

One of the most famous places in Buyuk ada, must seen monastery and church. Church is open till 16:00. Nearby there is a cozy restaurant where you can have lunch o dinner with special wine made for this place only. Reasonable prices and authentic menu

On the top of the highest hill in Büyükada, the church premises offer wonderful views and a small restaurant that offers beers (avoid wines at all price), raki and tasty food.
