Not the prettiest area but very convenient. Catch the 704 tram to the city centre in just few minutes, do some grocery shopping, visit the Pharmacy or pick up a bargain from Kik or Tedi.

Take the line 701 for a quick ride to the Königsallee (leave the train at "Steinstraße")
