If you have a car, it can be good to drive and park at Clifton Hill. Here you can get your Myki card as the station is staffed. Because Clifton Hill is on two train lines (Mernda and Hurstbridge/Eltham) it can mean less wait for the train on the way home.

You can walk here along the creek track. It takes 10 minutes
