Beautiful National Forest Park (Not to be confused with Red Rock State Park). This is where the famous photos are taken of Cathedral Rock with Oak Creek in the foreground. A nice place to go for the evening, arriving around 1 hour before sunset. Beautiful views... Nice walking trails too. $10.00 vehicle fee.

Paved walking paths near Oak Creek with great spots for swimming and picnic-ing. There is a fee per car to enter.

One of my personal favorite water spots for the whole family. The views of Cathedral Rock in the background are absolutely gorgeous! Paid parking. Water is a short distance from the parking lot & the restrooms are close to the parking lot.

If you feel like taking a short drive, Crescent Moon is a great place to get your feet wet in Oak Creek and see the famous red rock formation called Cathedral Rock.

The heart of Sedona! Close to the Cathedral Rock vortex. It's on Oak Creek and there are amazing Sycamore trees and trails. Old pioneer ruins and a waterwheel are fun to inspect. You can hike to Buddha Beach and build a cairn. It gets crowded in the summer as there are popular swimming spots nearby. I love to meditate by the creek with the energy of Cathdral Rock and the big trees around.
