One of the best sunset views in the city. It's so picturesque and yet so overlooked by tourists. Benchs line a grass lawn that craddles the moored sailboats. You can even see Mt. Rainier, if you look south. This view overlooks Lake Washington - the huge lake on the east side of Seattle.

Great place to park and walk along the shore with a magnificent view of Mt.Rainier, Bellevue downtown and the Cascades. Some people swim along this shore north during the summer, some kayak year round.
