Look for the old timey bus as it drives through downtown. The nearest stop is Admiral Mason Park.

"Great narrated tour of Historical Pensacola. The tour has a video which showcases many points of interest in the city.

They have very interesting tours related to the history of Pensacola but they are fun and anything but boring. They have hop-on and hop-off stops too so you're not stuck riding more than you'd like!
