This is a homely country house dated 1700. You will find it off the Gunby roundabout on the A158 between Spilsby and Skegness. It is set in picturesque Victorian walled gardens at the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. It also has a tearoom and a second hand bookshop. You don't need to pre-book on weekdays but weekends can be busier.
