Don’t let the rustic six-table dining room fool you – the food here is excellent. They specialize in Jalisco-style stews and other homestyle dishes. We love their birria de chivo (stewed goat, it comes as a soup or in tacos), pozole (hominy stew), menudo blanco (tripe broth), tacos dorados con pollo (fried tacos stuffed with chicken) and sopes de buches (pork stomach on a masa cake).
