Pick a sunny day and catch the ferry from Kettering for a brilliant day out. We recommend the Cheese company for not only their excellent cows milk cheese, but also they make great fresh bread and it all can be washed down with their yummy whey beer.

Produces fantastic cheeses, beers and breads for tasting and purchase. Has an on-site cafe and stocks a range of locally made produce for that hamper or to bring back to the cottage.

Bruny Island is a must for anyone wanting a true Tasmanian experience. Just jump on the highway towards Kettering and in 40 minutes you can be on a ferry to Bruny. AMAZING cheese and wine!
