With its main façade in pan-coupé (facing a corner), this building was originally a theatre, then used as Chamber of Deputies and now seat of the Legislative Assembly.

This building from late 1800's was the local congress, It witnessed how the country fell apart during the 1910-1920 revolution. It now holds the local congress of Mexico City.
