Restaurant, coffee bar and downstairs full bar. Happy Hour is good. It's in Third Place bookstore so a great place to buy a book, get a cup of coffee and relax.

This is actually a book store cafe. The name of the bookstore is Third Place Books. You can buy new/used books and many gift items. They have amazing coffee and food. It is close by the Seward Park where you can walk, hike, swim, or picnic.
